I recently stayed at the hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in providing top-notch accommodations. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. Another fantastic feature was the free shuttle service to **Knott's Berry Farm**, which made getting around super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service truly stands out.

Wonderful front desk. Rebecca was awesome and very knowledgeable. Kylin was very pleasant and enthusiastic. Fran the server was very nice and attentive. Saul was friendly and did not make me feel unwelcomed despite arriving 20 minutes before closing on New Year's Eve. The room was exceptionally clean and the housekeeping services were efficient and thankfully not disruptive in the morning hours. The patio was nice and I enjoyed the outdoor space. Cookies are a nice touch. I look forward to staying in the Penthouse.

We love the property. It’s our second time staying at this hotel the assistant manager Alex is awesome. Attends to all our needs. I would definitely recommend it to any of my friends or family. Me and my husband will definitely be staying there when we do go to California from Arizona, we did episode a couple weeks ago with one of the receptionist and Alex took care of it for us

Everything was clean and so comfortable, the area was quiet despite the fact that’s right next to the freeway exit. It’s so close to a lot of activities. There’s Medieval Times, Pirate Dinner Adventure, Knott’s Berry Farm and most importantly Porto’s bakery! The staff were really friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant, a bar and a Starbucks in the lobby.

I loved it as soon as you walked in the lobby area, so nice and Starbucks. The front desk staff was so nice and made me feel welcomed. I had an issue with the tv not turning on. I called the front desk, and they sent a tech within 5 mins he was there and fixed the issue with the wires. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
